Marking Period One
- Class Participation
- Portfolio Assignments
- Voice Testing for Section Placement
- Develop Choir Sectional Schedule
- Choir Sectionals are an extension of the RHS Chorale and are scheduled during lunch/study halls periods 5, 6, and 7. Those students with lunch/study halls period 5, 6 or 7 will be placed into a sectional class on Wednesday. Students will report directly to the Choral Room at the start of the lunch/study hall and will be dismissed back into the lunch/study hall at the end of the Sectional, leaving ample time for lunch. Choir Sectional rosters are submitted to Guidance for credit.
- Students who were unable to schedule RHS Chorale during period 9 may sign into the Choir Sectional classes to participate in the Choral Program for credit.
- Preparation for RHS Choral Festival (***BASED UPON PAC AVAILABILITY)
- All Day In-House Field Trip.
Marking Period Two

- WINTER CHORAL CONCERT - MANDATORY
- Ours is a unique situation as the Winter Choral Concert is a mandatory part of the marking period 2 grade. Writing a paper cannot replace the experience of participation in a public performance. Therefore, if you miss the concert for reasons other than illness, you will receive a concert grade of E and your marking period grade will become a B.

- Ours is a unique situation as the Spring Choral Concert is a mandatory part of the marking period 4 grade. Writing a paper cannot replace the experience of participation in a public performance. Therefore, if you miss the concert for reasons other than illness, you will receive a concert grade of E and your marking period grade will become a B.
