Marking Period One

- Develop Choir Sectional Schedule
- Choir Sectionals are an extension of Concert Choir and are scheduled during lunch/study halls periods 5, 6, and 7. All students with lunch/study halls period 5, 6 or 7 will be placed into a sectional class 2 days per week. All guys have Choir Sectionals on Mondays and Fridays. Girls in period 5 lunch/study hall have Choir Sectionals on Thursday and Friday and girls in periods 6 and 7 lunch/study hall meet on Tuesdays and Fridays. Students eat lunch in the cafeteria at the start of the period and then come to the Choral Room, with a pre-assigned pass, for the sectional class. If you bring your lunch from home, please come directly to the Choral Room during your lunch period. Choir Sectional rosters are submitted to Guidance for credit.
- Choir Sectional Start Times:
- Period 5: 10:58, 11:00 is late
- Period 6: 11:43, 11:45 is late
- Period 7: 12:28, 12:30 is late
- Students who were unable to schedule Concert Choir during period 8 may sign into the Choir Sectional classes to participate in the Choral Program for credit.

- All Day In-House Field Trip.

- WINTER CHORAL CONCERT - MANDATORY
- Ours is a unique situation as the Winter Choral Concert is a mandatory part of the marking period 2 grade. Writing a paper cannot replace the experience of participation in a public performance. Therefore, if you miss the concert for reasons other than illness, you will receive a concert grade of E and your marking period grade will become a B.
